A Word from our President

My name is Vince Quaresima, and I have been a career educator in the New Jersey public schools since 1970. As you can well imagine, in the "slightly more than a quarter century" that I have been involved in educating our young people, there have been many changes - some wonderful, some rather horrid, and most somewhere in between.

I think you will share with me the belief that one of the most exciting developments in education has been the Internet and the evolving ways in which schools, teachers, students and parents have become involved in our educational community through the use of telecomputing.

It has long been recognized that one of the principle roles of the school is to inculcate into our young people a proper appreciation for our society, its history, and our system of laws and governance. It is particularly appropriate, therefore, to extend the benefits of our Educator's Program to the men and women entrusted with serving and protecting our social order.
