International Trade Administration (ITA) - primary responsibility for non-agricultural export promotion activities, providing a selection of export promotion products and services and coordinating all Federal export promotion efforts through the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee.
National Trade Data Bank on Internet - The NTDB was established by the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 to provide "...reasonable public access, including electronic access ..." to an Export Promotion data system and an International Economic data system. Currently 26 different federal agencies supply over 100 information programs to the National Trade Data Bank.
